How Long Does It Take to Process an Order Before Shipping?

Our normal processing time is 1-3 business days. If there's any changes to our processing time, we will announce it to the announcement bar on the top of the webpage.

What Practices Do You Follow In Your Production and Packaging?

We're committed to making sure your orders are what you're expecting and package your orders with care!

We also like to add in some freebies to our customer orders, and we will do our best to keep track on what freebies you already have so you don't get duplicated freebies :)

Do You Offer Gift Wrapping or Special Packaging?

Unfortunately we don't offer gift wrapping or special packaging. All orders are packaged with care.

What Should I Do If My Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect?

We're so sorry to hear that! We put a lot of care into our products and packaging, but sometimes, things don't go as planned. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, please don't worry. We will make things right for you. Here's what you can do:

  1. Take a few clear pictures of the damaged or incorrect item.
  2. Send us an email at support@taggietag.com with your order number, the photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
  3. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days with the next steps.

How Can I Track My Orders Once Shipped?

By default, we use untracked letter mail via USPS to keep costs low for you. For tracked shipping, please select a different shipping service at checkout. If you choose tracking, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped, allowing you to follow your package's journey.
